Shane DeWitt
Shane brings over 35 years of experience across marine technology, product development, manufacturing, and commercial leadership. His background spans technical marine operations, new product commercialization, and business development—combining deep engineering insight with a strong, relationship-driven sales approach. He joined OXE Marine in 2025 to lead Business Development, quickly expanding his scope to the global parts and accessories business. As Chief Commercial Officer, Shane now drives the company’s commercial strategy, connecting technology, operations, and market growth across regions.

Greg Newman
Greg brings over 25 years of experience across technical service, customer support, and global sales in the marine industry. Starting as a technician, he quickly moved into leadership roles, building training programs, leading support teams, and driving sales across the Americas. Today, as EMEA Sales Manager at OXE Marine, he combines deep technical knowledge with international commercial experience to support growth across the region.

Alfredo Caglianone
Alfredo has spent over three decades shaping the marine industry—from building boats to driving technical sales innovation. He played a key role in advancing electronic control systems and steering solutions across the Americas, working closely with OEMs to bring new technology to market. Deep expertise, built from the ground up.

Alvin Ng
Alvin brings decades of hands-on experience across Asia’s marine industry, spanning sales, service, and aftersales leadership. From Mercury Marine to SeaStar Solutions, he’s led regional teams, built service infrastructure, and worked closely with OEMs and government clients. His strength sits at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial growth.

Simon Barnett
With over 25 years in the marine world, Simon combines deep industry knowledge with real-life experience on the water. From yacht brokerage in Spain to commercial marine sales in the UK, his background is wide-ranging and practical. A former RNLI lifeboat helmsman, he brings both credibility and passion to everything he does.
