Steering

The OXE Joystick, for Integra JS electronic steering system, allows a more intuitive way of driving. Designed for low-speed maneuvering, the Joystick grants precision and driving comfort and facilitates docking and trailer procedures as the boat can move sideways, diagonally or spin on its own axis.

The CAN bus cables by Ultraflex ensure flawless communication in your marine systems, designed specifically for outboard engine applications. Featuring robust shielding against moisture, salt, and vibration, it delivers reliable data exchange between ECUs for seamless engine performance.

Heavy-duty front mounted outboard hydraulic cylinder with integrated sensor, built to be used as part of the Integra Electronic Steering Systems. The INTEGRA system essentially consists of one or more hydraulic cylinders equipped with electronic components controlled through a data network managed by a special power unit. The cylinder is applied to the tilting tube of commercial engines. In fact, thanks to the use of two different link arms and a series of specially sized spacers, it is possible to adapt the cylinder to any type of installation.

The OXE Integra display is designed for Integra Electronic Power Steering Systems. It allows users to configure steering wheel turns and effort directly from the display, offering customizable driving modes like Autocruise and Autosport. The control panel also provides real-time visual information on boat speed, engine RPM and temperature, rudder and trim angles, fuel level, and battery voltage, enhancing overall control and monitoring of the vessel.

The electronic steering helm offers a seamless installation process without the need for oil or hydraulic hoses, simplifying setup for any vessel. Designed to withstand harsh marine conditions, it provides customizable steering wheel turns and adaptive resistance based on boat speed for optimal control. With instant responsiveness and a redundant architecture featuring dual CAN bus channels, it ensures both precision and reliability on the water.

This high-pressure hose kit is designed for superior performance and durability. Available in a wide range of lengths, it ensures consistent system operation while offering excellent kink and abrasion resistance.

This multifunctional Nav Sensor is the gem of all sensors. The inertial sensor complements the inbuilt satellite receiver module to provide accurate readings of boat speed as well as pitch & roll (up and down) and YAW (sideways) motion. Compass readings can be displayed electronically thanks to the embedded compass, which also facilitate course corrections in electronic autopilots. The barometer and air temperature sensors are early indicators of forthcoming weather conditions.

The Power Unit is a powerful and versatile hydraulic system designed for marine applications. It features a 12 VDC brushless motor with high power density, capable of feeding up to two cylinders, and includes an embedded automatic power selector to manage power supply from two batteries. Its marine anodized aluminum body allows for installation anywhere on the boat (either vertically or horizontally), with 90° swiveling fittings for easy hose connections and a clear 1-liter oil tank for immediate oil level checks. In addition, it comes with a vented cap, main connector with 1-meter communication cables, and meets Ignition Protected SAE J1171 standards for safety.

The self-contained and portable BubbleBuster purging unit reduces time and simplifies the purging procedure of hydraulic steering systems. Simply attach the hoses using the quickconnect fittings to the helm and cylinder, and with the push of a button, the BubbleBuster elm a er begins cycling oil throughout the entire system. The system features a ZeroEmulsion pump with a 1-gallon capacity reservoir and is compatible with competing helms and cylinders.
